About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Pennsylvania with 16 years of professional work experience. I have experience helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship & parenting issues, as well as coping with life changes. Therapy is not a one size fits all process, I use a variety of methods (including EMDR and CBT) with clients to explore their personal stories to create their desired future selves. Taking the first steps towards change is courageous. I would be honored to support you through your journey.
To assist in the matching process; my current availability for sessions 730a Tuesday-Thursday, 430-730pm Tuesday-Friday, and Saturdays by 9a-12pm.

I love her

Wonderful, understands the difference between needing advice and medication very well… also she analyzed how I am as a whole and not just when needing support which I rarely find in therapy.
