Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for May Reinert. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
May is a kind and validating therapist who has consistently supported me in my healing journey. She not only listens with compassion but also challenges unhelpful thought patterns that hold me back from growth. Early in our work together, she helped me navigate anxiety, depression, and even suicidal ideation, and since then I’ve felt significantly more stable and grounded.
I also appreciate that May is open to sharing aspects of her own life, which makes our sessions feel less clinical and more like a genuine conversation—something especially meaningful for me as I don’t have a large community where I live. Her strong understanding of coping mechanisms and cognitive distortions, combined with a solution-oriented approach, has made our sessions both practical and impactful. She balances this well with thoughtful pacing, ensuring that we address what’s most important each time.
May has also been consistently reliable, never cancelling or rescheduling sessions unnecessarily. Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience working with her and would recommend her to anyone seeking support.
