I have had the honor to know early on that I wanted to serve people in mental health. So I have been in my field for over 24 years! I specialized in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, parenting skills, and adjustment disorders. My therapeutic approach is primary to establishing a therapeutic relationship with each client. My foundation treatment approach is Strength Base treatment such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused, narrative therapy, mindfulness, attachment theory's, and holistically approaching client concerns.
