McKayla Phillips, LCMHC
About me
I have worked extensively with individuals suffering from traumatic experiences, attachment issues, stress related disorders, addiction, anxiety and depression. I use a variety of frameworks including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, and many others to help individuals find their own happiness and work through challenges in life.
I provide a professional, safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate environment for individuals and families to overcome and transition through life’s challenges. I believe that therapy is a journey that creates an opportunity for self-discovery and healing. I am currently practicing in Payson, UT. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or to make an appointment. All contact will remain completely confidential.
