About me

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience supporting people through life’s challenges. I’ve had the privilege of working in a variety of settings—from hospitals to schools to outpatient care—which has shaped my ability to meet people where they are, whether they’re navigating everyday stress or more difficult moments.

My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported. I specialize in working with adults who are seeking a safe, grounded space to process their experiences, build healthier coping skills, and move toward meaningful change.

My approach is welcoming, collaborative, and trauma-informed, blending evidence-based practices with genuine compassion. I believe therapy should feel supportive, accessible, and empowering meeting you where you are and helping you move toward where you want to be. In our first session, you will have the opportunity to meet with me and get a sense of whether I'm a good fit for you. We'll review a few housekeeping details like scheduling and how I structure session, so you know what to expect. We will begin discussing your goals for therapy, so we can start shaping the work in a way that feels meaningful and supportive to you.
