About me

I am a Christian family therapist licensed in Missouri with over 10 years of experience. I focus my practice on working with women on a wide range of concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma, parenting issues, relationship issues, self harm, dissociation, career decisions, woman's issues and coping with stress.
My therapy style is warm and inviting but also challenging. I believe in providing a safe and empathetic experience for my clients so they can trust their therapist with their goals. I also believe that we need to be challenged at times with different perspectives in a professional and healthy manor. My approach combines a cognitive behavioral approach with an attachment, family systems foundation. I also embrace a client centered perspective and therefore will tailor our dialog and treatment towards the needs of my client. I have also been trained in EMDR to assist clients working through trauma and abuse.
It takes courage to seek the support of a therapist and I want to honor that courage with respect and professionalism.
I look forward to building a relationship with you!
