I am a certified Trauma Sensitive Yoga facilitator and would love to incorporate that in sessions if a client is open to that modality! I have experience as a Health and Well-being Coach and love holistic methods for treatment. I have experience in helping clients with PTSD, stress and anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family conflicts, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. Along with many other things!
