Meaghan is very understanding and puts clients at ease. It is very easy to share my thoughts and feel understood. And I love the advice that she gives - very relevant and has helped me in my family relationships.

I've been working with Meaghan for a a little over a year now and I can't recommend her enough. She's helped me gain more self confidence and catch myself when I'm being controlling. We've also delved into my past traumas which has helped me understand myself better and heal. 11/10

Meaghan always listens. It doesn't matter if it's during a scheduled session or if I send her something outside of it, she always finds the time to respond and wants to explore what lead me to feeling the way I do, and the events of my life. There is a lot of baggage to unpack, so I'm extremely grateful for her patience and willingness to explore and listen to what's going on.
