About me
Hello and welcome!
I'm so glad you're here. Taking the first step toward therapy takes courage, and I want you to know that I see you and I’m proud of you for starting this journey.
I am a licensed therapist in Maryland with 10 years of experience, and my passion is helping people navigate life’s challenges. Whether you're dealing with stress, anxiety, grief, loss, self-esteem struggles, life transitions, or the unique experiences of ADHD and neurodiversity, I’m here to support you with compassion and understanding.
I believe in creating a space where you feel heard, valued, and respected. Every person’s journey is different, so I will tailor our conversations and treatment plan to fit your unique needs. My approach is strengths-based, meaning we will focus on what makes you resilient while also working through challenges together.
You don’t have to do this alone—I’m here to walk alongside you. Let’s take this step forward together!
