I am licensed in Florida and Ohio with 11 years of clinical therapeutic experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, coping with grief, coping with loss, motivation, self esteem, & confidence. I also have experience working with coping with life changes. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I help clients to identify their personal therapeutic goals to co-create the most enriching path towards optimal health.
