Megan Ginanni, LPC
About me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado with a graduate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and over seven years of experience in the therapeutic space. I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside clients as they explore, heal, and reclaim their worth—work I consider both sacred and profoundly human.
At the heart of my approach is a deep belief in the power of knowing and honoring who we are. I strive to help people shift the narrative from “what’s wrong with me?” to “what’s right with me?” especially for those who have spent years feeling misunderstood or unseen. I am particularly passionate about supporting neurodiverse individuals, including those who identify as autistic, ADHD, or otherwise neurodivergent. I believe in a neurodiversity-affirming approach that centers self-understanding, celebrates difference, and challenges harmful societal norms.
My work is rooted in an eclectic, client-centered approach. I draw from psychodynamic theory to explore the deeper “whys” of your experience, while also staying grounded in what feels most relevant and useful in the present. I see therapy as a space to come home to yourself; to reconnect with your body, your story, and your inherent worth. Life can be incredibly painful at times, and we all need people who can hold space for us, remind us of our resilience, and walk with us through the complexity.
You are the expert of your own life. I’m here to help you uncover your truth, on your terms. I would be honored to do this work together.
