About me

Welcome!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with approximately four years of experience supporting adults facing a variety of mental health challenges. My clinical experience includes working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, mood disorders, trauma, life transitions, and other emotional concerns in an inpatient psychiatric setting.

I believe that therapy is a collaborative process where clients can feel heard, respected, and empowered. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, develop healthy coping skills, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

I draw from evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered Therapy. I tailor treatment to each individual's unique needs, recognizing that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, navigating a major life transition, struggling with relationships, or simply looking for support and personal growth, I would be honored to walk alongside you. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel difficult, but you don't have to do it alone.
