About me
Hello, my name is Megan Relson. I am a licensed professional clinical counselor. I attended the University of Minnesota where I obtained my bachelors degree in Psychology and the University of Wisconsin-River Falls and St. Thomas University where I obtained my masters degree and licensure in school and mental health counseling.
I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, ADHD, self-esteem, infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, communication, relationship concerns as well as career and academic issues.
My counseling style is warm, strengths-based and nonjudgemental. My approach combines trauma informed, solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral and humanistic counseling theories. I will work closely with you to support you in reaching your goals.
