I am licensed in Wisconsin with 10 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, sleeping disorders, motivation, self-esteem and confidence, & coping with life changes. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. My primary modalities of treatment are acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and trauma informed CBT.
