Meghan Westerman, LPC
About me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas with five years of experience working in a variety of private practice and community agency settings. I have worked with clients experiencing a wide range of concerns including anxiety, parenting issues, family conflict, and trauma. I have also helped many people find purpose and direction within their families and careers.
My counseling style is welcoming and collaborative. I am not here to fix you and your struggles, but rather to walk through them with you and support you as we find healing in your life. My approach combines Dialectical Behavior, client-centered, and attachment based counseling. I pull from a variety of approaches to meet your needs in a way that works for you.
It takes courage to seek for a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you.
I look forward to working with you!

So far Meghan has gone above and beyond my expectations. She makes an effort to check in with me and I really appreciate that. I feel like its more than just a person talking to a device - she lets me know there is someone on the other side who actually cares♥️
