I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California. As a therapist my main objective is to create a therapeutic space that promotes growth. There are many reasons to seek therapy; be it a recent transition, difficulty coping with past negative experiences, or experiencing an increase in unpleasant symptoms. No matter the reason, it is always important to invest in your personal growth and wellness. Since each individual is unique I utilize a variety of therapeutic methods to fit your needs. I offer experience gained from diverse and varying settings including: schools, out-patient, and medical clinics. It would be my pleasure to support as you work towards your goals!
