Do you look like you’re functioning on the outside, but inside your mind feels exhausting? Worry, intrusive thoughts, or stress may be taking up more space than you want them to. I provide therapy for adults struggling with anxiety, OCD, relationships, and life transitions by using proven approaches to help you feel more in control and less overwhelmed.
While I specialize in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for OCD and anxiety disorders, I work with a wide range of concerns that can leave you feeling overwhelmed or stuck. These patterns can feel exhausting, but they don’t have to be permanent.
