About me

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) as well as Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CCLMHC). I predominately work in Women’s mental health. I have specialized training in perinatal and maternal mood disorders as well as OCD and Post-Partum Depression training with PSI. I am joining Better Help with over 6 years of experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including toxic relationship patterns, narcissistic relationships, maternal and paternal wounding is also explored. I am a strong supporter of education alongside counseling as I know the benefits of increasing client awareness of trauma and attachment styles for healing.

My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe clients really do hold the introspection they are seeking, and we are here to guide that is already within them. This is held with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I have received over 6 years of practice and training in Mindful Self-Compassion from the UC San Diego Center for Mindfulness, and call on this practice often in my personal and professional life. My approach combines Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, DBT, and EMDR.

It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.

I look forward to working with you!
