Melissa is a fabulous counselor. She has given me so many tools to work through so many of life’s obstacles. I will always be grateful for her time and all that she has given me.

I haven’t been in counseling for that long, but I can already tell this is going well. She listens to what I have to say in a caring and open way, and offers me ways of handling things on my own. The feedback she’s given me has really helped me to reevaluate a lot of things and I feel very optimistic about what’s to come. I would absolutely recommend Melissa to anyone. She’s an awesome counselor.

I’ve been talking to my counselor just under two years. I was going through some major life changes when I decided to join BetterHelp. The guidance and support I have received is more than I ever imagined.

I like Melissa. I don't talk to her as often as I should but when I do she's always there & helpful. She always finds time for me even though my hours of availability are all over the place. She's great.
