These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Melissa Rini. We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
Melissa is very kind and thoughtful. I feel very relaxed and comfortable with speaking to her. I look forward to our sessions weekly
She is amazing and has helped me through some of the toughest moments of my life. I see my progress and growth because of her guidance. I am eternally grateful to her.
She’s just awesome!
Ms. Rini has been great. I feel she understands me - even as I tell her stuff I don't fully understand myself. Her ability to reframe issues and provide support have been really valuable.
Melissa has helped me through a lot of life’s up and downs in the past year. She has an amazing energy about her and has great perspective. She helps me see the glass full, even when I don’t feel like it!
Melissa has been my counselor for six months. I write to her often, and we usually speak once per week. She is very responsive, and always in sync with my needs and development each step of the way. I know I have more thoroughly dealt with and progressed with clarifying and resolving my issues because of her insights.
Melissa creates a space that feels safe to be yourself. She is easy to talk too, feels like she genuinely cares and knows how to help.
She has been a wonderful guide and support. She listens patiently and is empathetic. She helps you to look within and answer all the questions you have, to better understand the situation and things that happened and are happening to you. I would surely recommend her.
Very personable and to the point. It was more the speed of the meetings that created issues rather than anything on Melissa’s part. I will remember her advice for many years. Succinct and clear.
A very helpful and thoughtful therapist.
She is great at responding and is very positive.
Melissa is a very special person. She listens, gives you her undivided attention and offers the most practical thoughts on how to improve the situation. Her advice is not prescriptive or theoretical, it’s real and easily applicable. She gives you a way to process the situation differently and you work through your thought processes together so that at the end I always feel re-aligned. I always feel better after our sessions. I’ve had a few counsellors before yet I have never met someone as insightful as Melissa. She has truly made a huge difference to my outlook. I feel very blessed to have met her.
There is zero judgement and allows me to lead the conversation! I look forward to my sessions and constantly think about the advice given to me.
Melissa is fully present when I'm speaking and processing out loud, especially when I don't know what I'm trying to communicate. She questions me, pulls out the core belief or thinking pattern behind it and sends resources specifically targeted to work on that area. She's great!
Melissa was very supportive during our first session. She respected my pace and gave me very practical suggestions. I'm looking forward to our next appointment.
Melissa is very caring and takes the time to listen and give advice. Strongly would suggest her to anyone.
