Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Melissa Sandford. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Melissa is so kind and gentle and she listens which is something i need right now. It may look like I am not progressing but I really have learned so much about self acceptance.
I have learned to be kind to myself and others, I have learned to set boundaries and keep them in place so that others are consistently reminded that I have not lowered those boundaries out of love for them and kindness to myself. I have been quietly been speaking up for myself with others because I have learned that I am coming from a more stable footing than ever before in my life.
I am beginning to feel my worth and That I have more to give than I thought. I am paying attention to self care again.
All of these things that I have learned have made many hard situations a little easier to tolerate. I am calmer, I am grateful.
