Hi there. I am very honored that you stopped by. I believe that life can be a roller coaster, one minute it feels that you’ve got everything under control, and a minute later it feels as if your juggling too many tasks at hand. You start feeling overwhelmed, and it almost feels like everything is falling apart. It feels like you have been stretched too thin. You are trying to have a smile on the outside but suffering to balance yourself from the inside. I hear you, as I myself, am going through my healing journey. Wouldn’t feel amazing to have a balanced life where you can feel hopeful, calm, and excited about what the day may bring?
I am a Compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the sunshine state, Florida. I obtained my Master of Science in Counselor Education: Clinical Mental Health Counseling degree from Florida International University in 2016. I attained facilitator certificate in Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) in 2018. I am a huge fan that we are all unique and understand life differently from each other. Therefore, I tailor my therapeutic approach depending on the uniqueness of each client’s needs. I use multiple therapeutic techniques but tend to focus on Cognitive Behavior Therapy (thought process), Person-Centered Therapy, and the clients’ strengths to inspire my clients to overcome their obstacles and live a balanced life. I offer my sessions in a safe, supportive and non-judgmental manner where you can be absolutely yourself.
The journey of healing is like hiking. It can be painful and tiring, and once you reach the top of the hill, it is rewarding. As a therapist, I believe that individuals have the ability and the potential to bloom at their own pace. It is my honor to guide you through your healing journey one step at a time.

I could not ask for a better therapist. Came back to Better Help because I didn’t want to see any other therapist but Mery. She is very understanding, really good listener, and I always feel so much better after talking to her. I can talk to her like a best friend that would never judge me and always has good advices for me. I love having her as my therapist!
