About me

I earned an MS (2012) in Community Counseling from Argosy University in Atlanta, GA and MA in Counseling Psychology from Troy University in 2006. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC #007246) approved by the Georgia composite Board of Professional Counselor, Social Workers and Marriage and Family Therapist.

My therapeutic approach has a holistic approach to promote individual well-being. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused therapy and I tailor all dialog and treatment plan to meet the unique and specific needs of each client.

I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns to include but limited to depression and anxiety, couples and family conflict, grief, loss and trauma and anger management. I also have experience working with children and teenagers who have experienced trauma from abuse. I have a background of working with parents in developing parenting skills to deal with difficult teens.

I can provide you with individualized care to meet your unique needs while recognizing that you function as part of a larger system. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.

I look forward to working with you!
