These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Michael Arieta. We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
Michael is very soft spoken and thorough with his approach and analysis. I like the way he uses real life issues that help understand the approach to be taken to get better. He is positive and doesn't look at it as an hour and be done but, to get to the heart of what needs to be done in long and short term. I am glad I chose him.
I really am enjoying the feedback. He is helping put pieces of the puzzle of my issues, together, helping me connect the dots, and giving me solutions for growth and change and how ro change my thought process to help me.
Michael is patient, thoughtful and supportive.
Mike is supportive and does his best to understand the concerns of his clients. Mike goes out of his way to support his clients, which really helps address concerns and struggles in the moment and to reflect. Mike is empathetic which is so incredibly important for his role and for his clients.
After being to a couple therapist over the last 2 years, Michael was the first I wanted to go back to after my first session. I felt a sense of understanding from him, and a feeling like he truly wanted to help guide me in the right direction.
Michael has been great, very helpful.
Michael is a great counselor. I have had other counseling in the past and I never really stuck with it because I just couldn’t find the right fit. But Michael will listen to you and give you information that will help you. Right at the very first session I had with him I could tell that he is a good fit.
Michael is awesome! I was new to having a male therapist and he is kind, respectful and empathetic. I appreciate his help in only 3 sessions! Would highly recommend his help!
Michael is amazing! He listens, very responsive and communicates effectively the perspectives I need to address.
Michael is a wonderful wonderful therapist! He's made me feel confident in BetterHelp and has given me some amazing tools. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.
Michael is an empathetic listener, and has the right things to say to help me consider different perspectives on when I feel “stuck” in situations and also different ways of allowing inner-healing to occur, which make sense to me.
Fantastic ! Very real instead of a cookie cutter response. Michael is a cut above the rest
After three to four sessions with Michael, I mustered up the courage to go to my sports practice for the first time in six months. I will admit that I was scared of going due to the fact that I was very much behind pace-wise, but after about three weeks, I am closer to my usual pace. I will say that Michael has helped me in letting go of the those that I resented in the past, and it has helped me tremendously in gaining the motivation to swim again. I am still working on the competitive aspect, but I am sure that he will help me overcome my past racing fears! Kudos to him for the sessions and allowing for me to explore other methods of therapy.
Michael is a good listener. He tunes into what I need to talk about and has good insights that help me work through what I need to work on.
Mike is great, I was worried about having a male counselor due to the issues I’m working through but he entirely changed my view and I’m so grateful to have him as my counselor. I cannot recommend him and his experience enough.
Michael is a very caring soul who truly wants to make your life a better place to be. The tools he gives and the science behind his methods are everything for me. I am very thankful we were matched.
A very kind soul who listens and seems to have an innate sense of what the core of the issue is even if you do not.
Michael has been an amazing person to work with. He is incredibly caring and very quick to respond to messages. I would recommend him to anyone seeking help and needing some guidance in life.
Michael is an incredible human, who values the connection between himself and his patients. I'm grateful for his patience and care, and for making me feel empowered and heard.
Michael is very professional and right off the bat I was comfortable opening up to him. I can tell he really cares and has my best interest at heart. He really does listen and has helped me a lot with my healing. He is very easy to talk to and makes me feel heard!
Exceptional in every aspect of counseling and being a human being.
