I am licensed in Utah with 4 years of professional clinical work experience in . I am a US Army Veteran with experience providing counseling to Soldiers and their families. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression. Additionally, I have worked with victims of family violence. I am also a Global Career Development Facilitator, and can provide career advice and resume assistance. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
