About me
Feeling stuck, burnt out, or like you’re constantly falling behind? You’re not alone — and you don’t have to figure it out on your own.
I’m a UK-based counsellor and coach, and I specialise in helping adults who feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or trapped in patterns of overthinking and procrastination. Many of my clients live with ADHD, anxiety, low self-esteem, or are recovering from burnout. Others have hit a point in life where something needs to change — but taking that first step feels impossible.
Before retraining in mental health, I spent 30 years in the IT industry. I know what it’s like to juggle high-pressure roles while quietly feeling disconnected and empty inside. That lived experience helps me support people who feel they have to “hold it all together” on the outside while struggling with stress and self-doubt on the inside.

Clients often tell me they feel genuinely heard and calmer after sessions. My approach is warm, grounded, and practical. I bring together tools from CBT, solution-focused therapy, coaching psychology, and mind–body practices to help you move from overwhelm to clarity.

Qualifications & Approach
I’m a registered member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) with over five years of counselling experience and more than 15 years in personal development coaching. My training covers formal counselling qualifications and extensive CPD in neurodiversity, stress management, and emotional regulation, with hundreds of hours working 1:1 with clients on ADHD, anxiety, and burnout.
My sessions are always shaped around you, at your pace, and focused on what will help you feel more grounded, confident, and clear.
