About me

“Life happens” to us all, and when it does isn’t it wise to reach out for help? I strongly believe that reaching out for help is the wisest thing a person can do. Helping people develop coping skills, change unhealthy patterns, and achieve their goals is my passion.

I graduated with my Doctor of Psychology degree in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology. I am a licensed psychologist and I have been in the field for over 20 years. I primarily work with people experiencing anxiety, depression and PTSD. I focus on adults and use humanistic and cognitive-behavioral techniques to help achieve their goals.
