Michele has helped me so much on my healing journey and I am so grateful for her support! She is patient and understanding. She motivates me and inspires me to be the best me that I can be. She gives great resources and information to help me learn about myself and my mental health. I have grown so much since I have started working with her.

I adore Michele. She has helped me recover from an abusive marriage, navigate the grief of losing my parents, and gives me tools and resources that support my new life.

Michele Griffith is the best therapist I’ve ever had! She is very compassionate, conversational, thoughtful, and knowledgeable in many areas and because of these traits, we covered a huge amount of ground, even though I originally just went for relationship advice. I never felt judged by her and I looked forward to every conversation we had! 100% would recommend to anybody :)
