I’ve only met with Michelle once. So I can’t speak much to the results, only the contact we’ve had to set up the meeting and what the purpose was.

Michelle helped me to become a happy, confident person! When I first started I was crying through every session and I felt like I had no friends. Even thought I knew I was a mess, I never felt judged or belittled by Michelle. While working with Michelle I was able to create distance from people that weren't treating me well while strengthening the healthy relationships I have. She's so easy to talk to and she encouraged and supported me when I needed it most. Michelle equipped me with tools to get out of my negative way of thinking and I am so happy with how I can handle difficult situations now. She's shown me that I don't have to prepare for the worst case scenario at all times, because it's really not much fun always waiting for disaster. I now have a positive outlook on life thanks to the work I've done with Michelle.

Michelle has been a blessing in disguise. She has helped me in so many ways. I have grown and have gotten stronger mentally . I have learned how to cope with my anxiety and negative thoughts. Talking to Michelle from the very beginning was a breeze. She put me at ease right away and I felt like I had known her for such a long time . I look forward to our weekly sessions. She remembers my likes and dislikes , she know when something is off with me and she always checks in . During our sessions I feel like I’m talking to a long time friend not “my therapist”. I’m so glad I looked for help and connected with Michelle !
