Michelle was very helpful in my sessions with her. I had been struggling with an addiction for about 20 years and with her help am sober of that now. She helped me develop a plan and easy-to-remember techniques that I can use to deal with my cravings. She also checked in with me to see how I was doing. I am very appreciative of Michelle’s counseling!
