About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 5 years of experience. I have worked with individuals, couples, and families who are dealing with addiction, substance use, trauma, co-dependency, and other issues. I specialize in helping people from a variety of backgrounds with learning how to live life with new perspectives, thoughts, and behaviors. I offer an unique perspective and techniques which include collaboration with my clients regarding treatment using a strengths-based, person-centered approach.

My counseling style is warm, relational, and interactive. I aim to be servant-hearted and treat every person with which I interact with respect, compassion, and kindness. I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, trauma-focused, and rational-emotive counseling. I will customize our sessions and treatment plan to meet your specific needs.

I believe people can change and that you can live a fully healed and whole life. It is my passion to help you begin again . If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you.

I look forward to working with you!

The best therapist I’ve ever had. She listens she has good thoughtful questions she listens she has creative suggestions and helping me with coping skills she’s been there done that and that means a lot to me I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Michelle to anyone whether you’re just starting therapy or whether you’ve been through thousands of hours like I have
