About Me

Hi, my name is Michelle Jensen and I'm glad you've taken the first step in seeking therapy. It can be a difficult thing to trust a stranger with your most intimate thoughts, feelings and concerns. This was my first time doing any kind of counseling. I was very hesitant at first but it was one of the best things I did. Michelle and I had phone counseling sessions. She was very understanding and was able to pinpoint the issues I was having and able to provide sound advice and encouragement. I really appreciated having her listen to what I had to say and also validate how I was feeling. It really helped me to process through a lot of things that had happened to me and how to move forward from it. I would highly recommend Michelle. She is very compassionate and caring! Thanks again!

Michelle from the very first session gave me space for my feelings and a framework to talk within. She’s been instrumental in some of the foundational changes in my life recently and has proved that she’s as useful as she is humble. She’s read several self help books that I’ve been reading so that she can keep in sync with what I’m learning as I heal and maintain myself. I feel I have a true confidante and supporter in Michelle and it’s helped me feel safe and capable of progress in my life.

I was matched with Michelle and could not have been happier. She helped me get through some things I’ve been struggling with for a while, and gave me tools on how to deal with them moving forward. She is kind and compassionate, and her insight is incredibly helpful. I feel so much better after my time with Michelle.

Michelle is a sweet lady. I feel like she cares and gets it, whatever it is, and she tries to see things from all points of view, and offers her best guidance.
