About Me

Hi, my name is Michelle Jensen and I'm glad you've taken the first step in seeking therapy. It can be a difficult thing to trust a stranger with your most intimate thoughts, feelings and concerns. I can assure you that I never judge. I am there for you, to help you through whatever the issue/issues might be in your life. I have a license in Marriage and Family Therapy, which means I can help with just about any kind of issue, not just marriages and family issues. Michelle has been a perfect sounding board for me since my first session. She’s been instrumental in gently helping me understand my part in all of my conflicts and relationships. She studies, she keeps good notes and remembers what matters to me. She’s a great listener and puts a lot of energy into her job. I appreciate her help everyday.

This was my first time doing any kind of counseling. I was very hesitant at first but it was one of the best things I did. Michelle and I had phone counseling sessions. She was very understanding and was able to pinpoint the issues I was having and able to provide sound advice and encouragement. I really appreciated having her listen to what I had to say and also validate how I was feeling. It really helped me to process through a lot of things that had happened to me and how to move forward from it. I would highly recommend Michelle. She is very compassionate and caring! Thanks again!

I was matched with Michelle and could not have been happier. She helped me get through some things I’ve been struggling with for a while, and gave me tools on how to deal with them moving forward. She is kind and compassionate, and her insight is incredibly helpful. I feel so much better after my time with Michelle.
