About Me
Hello and welcome! I’m a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 17 years of experience walking alongside individuals through life’s challenges and transitions. My work is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and a deep respect for the unique story each client brings into the therapeutic space. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can show up just as you are.
I approach counseling with a holistic mindset—recognizing that healing and growth involve the whole person: mind, body, and spirit. Each individual I work with receives personalized care that honors their lived experience, cultural background, and specific needs. I hold a strong sensitivity to multi- and cross-cultural factors and strive to create a space where all clients feel seen, heard, and safe to explore their inner world.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals from all walks of life, and I specialize in helping with:
• Anxiety Management
• Trauma Recovery
• Mood Disorders
• Executive Functioning Support
• Relationship Counseling
• Neurodivergent-Affirming Care
• Personal Growth & Self-Development
Whether you’re navigating emotional pain, looking to better understand yourself, or striving for meaningful change, I’m here to support and empower you on your journey. Together, we’ll build a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, respect, and genuine connection—because I believe healing begins with being truly heard. We’ll work together at your pace, building a relationship based on trust, respect, and genuine connection.
If you’re ready to begin, I’m here to walk with you every step of the way.
