Michelle is kind and centered, giving me space to feel the hard stuff while encouraging me to show myself compassion. I wouldn’t have made it through the pandemic without her!

I have been working with Michelle for almost a year at time of writing and she's been absolutely fantastic from the first meeting. She really listens and knows just how to make me think with gentle questions, which I appreciate. I've come a really long way in my mental health journey thanks to Michelle and I can't recommend her enough. I was on the fence of whether or not therapy was for me before, but now I know it is for me and I found the best therapist for me.

She's great. She's always trying to help out her people and give them space while not being too coddling

Michelle approaches all conversations with empathy and awareness, and asks the hard-hitting (but applicable) questions that lead you toward shaping your own reality and healing!
