Michelle is extremely attentive and supportive. She really listens and has a knack for “reading between the lines” . I have appreciated her ability to hear my emotions, but to also wisely pinpoint the nature of the issue. She has a fluidity in her counseling style that makes the session very organic, but she can also recalibrate to discuss the issue behind the issue when needed. I have valued her listening ear, found her supportive, and appreciated her guidance in session.

I have been really impressed by how Michelle really listens your needs and what works for you. I personally enjoy learning more about the science behind some of the techniques being used and incorporating worksheets that help me better process and articulate what I'm thinking or feeling. I understand that isn't for everyone, but when I mentioned I liked using those tools she really incorporated them into my treatment plan. I also appreciate how we can add more value to our live sessions by being able to text feelings or emotions in real time and revisit them as needed the sessions to make progress vs the feeling of having to explain everything during the time together. Overall, i have been very happy with my experience and encourage anyone to give Michelle a try if you are seeking someone who is honest, compassionate and ready to support you through your journey.
