About me

I am a person centred counseller based in a small town in the United Kingdom. I have worked with many clients with a vast range of concerns including anxiety, depression, grief, transitions, OCD, and ADHD. I have also supported people who have experienced physical and emotional trauma in their life. The therapy I use is person centred which enables clients to be open, honest, safe and heard.

I believe in treating everyone with equality yet as individuals with great compassion, sensitivity and respect in a non judgemental way. My approach combines person centred therapy with a humanistic approach along with cognitive behavioural therapy and psychodynamic approaches. All dialog and treatment plans will be tailored to the unique and specific need of each client.

It can be difficult to find the courage to seek support and take the first step towards overcoming challenging situations that arise in life. However, if you feel ready to take them steps to make positive changes in your life I am here to support you on your journey to a more fulfilling and happier way of being.

I look forward to working with you.
