Reviews

I had my first session with Michelle Schmidt recently, and I felt safe, seen, and encouraged. She has such a calm, kind, and compassionate presence that made it easy to open up right away. The way she listened and reflected back what I shared made me feel truly understood, even in just one session.

Her words stuck with me, and they meant more than she probably knows. I walked away feeling lighter, hopeful, and supported. I can already tell she genuinely cares about her clients and is incredibly gifted at what she does. I’m really grateful I found her.

Michelle has been very helpful to me. She has gotten me past a lot of fears I have had to deal with. She has helped me with some marital issues i have been dealing with for a long time. I always look forwatd to my sessions with her, even though she has helped me clear my mind about many things already. I would definitely recommend Michelle to others.

I came to Michelle with a need to understand if my lens of the world was appropriate or if there were adjustments needed. If the lens was correct, then how should I think about some of these things. I think we've made progress on this and I've grown in confidence that my view while isnt perfect, is reliable and I can better rationalize feedback and know where I can set boundaries.
