Michelle was very kind and understanding. I appreciate what she did, it was just a few factors, and it is not working for me at this time

Every week during my session, Michelle bring new encouraging ideas to bring forward to work my mental health and my relationship with my spouse.

It’s been very encouraging to get healthy and knowing that she has my back.

I have worked with a couple of different counselors and can safely say that Michelle is top shelf and an expert at her craft. Excellent notes and recall, very personable and aware of when to dig deeper on an issue and celebrate the wins. Highly recommend.

Working with Michelle to apply what I’ve explored in therapy has been instrumental in helping me navigate the many transitions I’ve experienced this year. She has consistently helped me view challenges from new perspectives, and the strategies she’s shared have supported meaningful personal growth. As a result, I feel more confident in how I approach obstacles, responding with greater balance and composure rather than panic.

So grateful to have connected with Michelle last year & now reconnected today. Feels like we didn’t miss a beat & she remembered so many little details about my life from a year ago.
