Everything is good so far

Michelle is very understanding and empathetic. She has introduced me to new ways of thinking about myself and the challenges I have, and I'm optimistic that this can help me change my behavior.

Michelle is exactly the therapist I needed. Whether BetterHelp is just that great at employing and matching therapists (on the first attempt), I don’t know. But I am incredibly grateful for her presence in my journey here.

She’s gentle, considerate, and able to communicate pieces of my healing in ways that resonate and make sense in each stage of achieving my goals.

If you’re reading this while exploring therapists and looking to set, review and expand on goals to guide your healing/make everyday adjustments and truly bring peace to your life, Michelle is incredibly helpful and talented in that area.

I can’t say enough good things about her and my experience with her thus far.

Michelle is the kind and thoughtful and supportive therapist I needed for working through a painful past and the relationship challenges that came with it. Her expertise and professionalism really shows when you need it most and are at your most vulnerable. I always feel comfortable being honest and emotional, and know she will have a suggested path or reflection to support my needs.
