Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Michelle Smith. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Michelle was/is exactly the therapist I needed. Her expertise has helped me reach the therapy goals I set - ultimately creating the safety and peace I so desperately needed. I can’t say enough good things about her and her willingness/ability to help/guide the work in a style, tempo, and strategy that make sense and feels right to the individual.

Michelle is great at leading you to determine how you feel instead of persuading you.

I really appreciate Michelle’s warm and empathetic attitude, with a splash or realness and enthusiasm that makes me feel hopeful. She also has a ton of knowledge, and is able to meet me where I am and offer great journal prompts and resources in between live sessions. She is really good at what she does.

Michelle is amazing. She is methodical in her professional practice and "keeps the ball rolling" all the time. She'll work with you on your therapeutic journey every day. Prepare to communicate over chat the majority of the time, however, to my surprise, I've seen significant progress working with her.

Michelle intentionally listens to what I have to say and helps me create a plan so I can overcome some adversities I am just now facing in my life. I've worked with Michelle for over 2 years now and she has helped me get out of a 4 year depression and start living life authentically.
