Michelle has been amazing to work with, she has been very calming and reassuring throughout all of our sessions. I love that our sessions are based on you actually doing the work for yourself because your the one that wants it. She’s a great support system and the best therapist I have found.

I think Michelle Smith is great! I feel like she really listens and gives me great advice. I really like has she correctly summarizes the session in writing back to me. Not only does it show that she was listening, but when I read it back, it makes me realize where I am at by reading the summary of what I said in the session. I think she is a great person that really cares. I would recommend Michelle to anyone.

Michelle knows just the right things to say when I need to hear them. She gives feedback but does so in a gentle way. I never feel judged. She is truly a safe person to talk to.
