Michelle has been an invaluable guide and mentor as I have been healing from my trauma. As we work together, the is kind, and supportive. She is honest Nd holds me accountable for my commitments. She has helped me learn to be more kind to myself, showing me how my self-talk was as harsh as anything I heard from others. Our journey together has been difficult, sometimes painful, but incredibly satisfying when I look back from whare I am now.

Michelle always knows exactly what I need to continue my growth in therapy. She provides valuable homework that allows smooth transitions into the next topic. I feel less anxious and guilty discussing things that I have kept buried for so long.
