Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Michelle Sylvester. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

I honestly look forward to my sessions with Michelle. She's a great ally, supporter, and is good at steering me and my perception of situations in a more constructive/honest direction. She helps me come to my own conclusions about what may be bothering me and has help me realize how to figure out what the biggest contributor is. She then helps set up a plan to either re-think how I'm viewing the problem in a more constructive way, or directs me on what I can do to gather more info to better understand the issue. First and foremost, Michelle validates my feelings at every session!
