I honestly look forward to my sessions with Michelle. She's a great ally, supporter, and is good at steering me and my perception of situations in a more constructive/honest direction. She helps me come to my own conclusions about what may be bothering me and has help me realize how to figure out what the biggest contributor is. She then helps set up a plan to either re-think how I'm viewing the problem in a more constructive way, or directs me on what I can do to gather more info to better understand the issue. First and foremost, Michelle validates my feelings at every session!

I have been working with Michelle for close to a year now. I have found the sessions very helpful. Suggestions have been helpful , professional and practical. I feel safe to tell how I really am feeling without judgement. She checks in but is not pushy about it. I feel better knowing she is there when I need some help sorting things out.

Michelle is fabulous. Listens but gives me things to take action on or reflections to do. I find much better for me than just traditional methods of therapist listening and me talking whole time. feels mike making steps forward instead of just continuing to discuss same issue. Easy to talk and work with. Highly recommend.

Michelle has been incredible for me in the time I've been having sessions with her. She helped to point me in the right direction and worked with me on skills that I'm going to carry for the rest of my life. I always felt like she was attentive and she knew what I seemed to be looking for even when I didn't know myself. I would absolutely want to see her again if I ever again found myself in a place to need the help.
