About Me

LIFE IS HARD. We all find times in our lives when we could use a little help and sometimes we don't know who to turn to...

I don't have all the answers. What I do offer is experience, insight, and support to help you not just survive, but thrive through life's hard moments. I have the education and training (Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 6 years of experience) that provides my clients with up-to-date evidence based interventions that help clients learn new ways of viewing their situations, coping with their feelings/thoughts, and increasing their communication skills.

I use a strength based client focused approach to harness the unique skills of an individual and pit those against the challenges they might be facing. Specifically, I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to meet individual needs including: cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, motivational interviewing, problem solving therapy, and cognitive processing therapy.

Michelle has been extremely helpful and supportive. She has helped me think through and thereby figure out how I should handle my relationship issues by asking insightful questions which helped me think things through.
She is also very reliable and punctual which is much appreciated. Highly recommend!

Michelle has been wonderful. She can easily identify the underlying problems that I am facing and act on helping me through them in various ways of couching, worksheets and suggestions.
