After working with Michelle for a few months, I have seen so much growth within myself and my mental health. She is so unassuming, knowledgeable and open. Because of Michelle's help, I'm able to stand strong in who I am and what I believe in.
Michelle was very attentive and understanding.
Excellent care. Highly reccomend
Michelle is professional, a great listener, and just the support I was looking for. I’ve gotten a lot of value in just the last two weeks. She asks questions understand my concerns but also challenges me with questions for me to think about my own behavior. I love the format of once per day messaging so I have time to think about our conversation and I feel like I get more out of it than sitting with someone once a week. I look forward to my notifications that I have a message from her
Michelle is a wonderful listener who cuts through what I say to the core issues on hand and has made several observations that have really helped me understand what is going on in my head. She has been a big help thus far!
Michelle is very attentive and helps you see things in a relaxing and more peaceful way.
I’ve only had one face to face meeting with Michelle but she is very goal / help oriented, which I genuinely appreciate so much. It feels like someone is going to help me get a handle on my anxiety by putting some tangible things in place to cope better.
Great therapist highly recommend her
Michelle has been extremely helpful and supportive. She has helped me think through and thereby figure out how I should handle my relationship issues by asking insightful questions which helped me think things through.
She is also very reliable and punctual which is much appreciated. Highly recommend!
Michelle has been wonderful. She can easily identify the underlying problems that I am facing and act on helping me through them in various ways of couching, worksheets and suggestions.
Patient and knowledgeable
