I am licensed in Minnesota with decades of professional work experience. I have experience assisting clients with motivation, self esteem, confidence, anxiety, depression, career difficulties, coping with life changes, as well as personal, executive & professional coaching. I am a transformation guide for compassion fatigue, wellbeing, consciousness, and spirituality. I am skilled with self-care, meditation, and other forms of inner discovery to create the life you desire.

I live in and a from Minnesota-- so I understand how important community is to us. I've worked with people, teams, and communities during crisis and have extensive experience with resilience qualities of empowerment, adaptablity and compassion.
