She is very empathetic

Written on Jan 04, 2025 after therapy with Misha for 2 months on issues concerning stress, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, and self esteem

I am thankful to have found Misha Greer on Better Help. The website was recommended to me by my family doctor and I was lucky enough to have been matched with Misha. She is supportive and caring. She always puts my mental health first and checks in more frequently if she senses that I need more support. Misha is flexible in allowing me to utilize the techniques that I feel most comfortable with using. If I want to talk it out then we do that, if I prefer worksheets or reading, then she provides that for me. I’m making great progress and I am looking forward to what lies ahead.
