About me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have been providing therapy in private practice for the last 12 years. I have experienced in treating a wide variety of ages and concerns including depression, anxiety, co-parenting issue, relationship issues as well as physical and emotional trauma. We are not defined by our past experiences but we are shaped by them. I believe we have to utilize these experiences and learn to recognize those coping skills that are no longer serving us well.

My counseling style is interactive and friendly. I believe in accepting people where ever they may be in life and without judgement. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and believe our thoughts contribute a great deal to how we are functioning and feeling.
