I am licensed in Tennessee and Oregon with 6 years of professional work experience in Mental Health Therapy. I have experience in helping clients with coping with addictions, managing their emotions and setting boundaries in relationships. I have experience working with youth and adults. I believe in treating everyone with respect and that all people have the capacity for good. I have experience with a variety of different treatment modalities and will tailor my approach for each individual client. I am excited to work with you!
