Mitchell Vance has been an awesome therapist to me so far this is the first time in years that I have returned to therapy and I have not regretted it this is the first time in years that I've actually looked forward to the next session I'm optimistic and excited to see what I can do seeing as how my depression has gotten very bad. But even though things are happening I'm still optimistic and having a good therapist is important to me and it's a big part of what I'm trying to do to better myself.
