About me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.
I am an Eclectic therapist. I incorporate a variety of therapeutic principles and philosophies and create the ideal treatment program that would fit the specific and unique needs of each client. I additionally incorporate the Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT). CAT is a time-limited clinical therapy that provides effective and affordable psychological treatment. This clinical treatment removes the financial constraint from the client’s shoulder and provides an effective clinical solution to the presenting problems by use of clinical and case formulation. I also have an extensive research background in the field of Industrial Psychologist with innovating abilities in executive coaching (coaching executives).
I earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial Psychology from the University of the Incarnate Word. I graduated with Honors. I have a Master of Science degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Texas San Antonio and graduated with Honors. I was awarded an additional academic diploma for Counseling from the University of Texas San Antonio for superior achievements and have been a member of the Honor Society International, Chi Sigma Iota, since 2004. I have a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and was awarded a Top 10 Graduate Student Award from California State University in the year 2000.
