I have had counselling many times and this the first time I've been comfortable and able to talk about everything, I am feeling very hopeful for my future. Mo Callaghan has a calming, relaxing voice.

Mo has been lovely and helpful during a time that I needed reassurance. She has done a great job at listing to my problem and has given a good insight form an external person looking in on the situation. Mo has a friendly and uplifting attitude!

Mo is caring and a good listener but also can lead the conversation into a more productive direction when I am being negative, which is really helpful when I am particularly overwhelemed.

Mo is a sensitive, thoughtful and caring person who doesn’t just listen but listens actively and attentively. In do so I’ve felt she achieves a much more nuanced level of client-therapist communication. I’ve only had a few sessions but I can safely say these are a couple of the reasons I feel I’ll keep up with Better Help. Thanks Mo :)

Mo is an experienced, caring, relaxed woman, who carefully and compassionately unpicks interlinking issues to help me understand and change my behaviour. I have found the sessions with her extremely helpful and supportive.

I've been having therapy with Mo for almost three months after losing my mom 5 months ago and suffering with severe anxiety, stress and grief.
Mo has been nothing short of amazing. She's been guiding me through the grief and anxiety, listens to me when I need to get it all off my chest and doesn't judge me when all I can do is cry. She's helped me look at things differently, begun to change my way of thinking and is a kind ear when I'm missing my mom. I'm glad to have matched with her and had her on my grief and anxiety journey.

I came to Mo 3 months ago. And I don't think I had made a better decision that to click "yes" when offered her as a therapist In a long time. She is always present, attentive, understanding, thoughtful and kind (the list could go on). But at most, she is a good person. A person that took my messy situation and helped me open new avenues and gave me the tools to move forward.

Mo is an amazing therapist always listens to whatever I have to say. We always get to have a good laugh about things, and she is so comforting to talk too. She gives me amazing feedback and helps me to manage my issues well. I feel like I can talk to her anytime if I need some guidance. Would highly recommend her as a therapist to others.

Mo truly cares and is passionate about her clients. She is able to grasp and adapt to her clients personality. She goes above and beyond by asking how the client week is going , showing that this is more then just a weekly call but that she is focused on her clients mental state and their progress. Thank you Mo
