I am a licensed professional counselor in Pennsylvania and have been working in the field as a therapist for 5+ years. I have been working with clients of all ages and different diagnoses since I graduated from graduate school in 2017. I specialize in depression, anxiety, relationship issues and marriage counseling but I am able to extend my services to an extensive amount of diagnoses.
My therapeutic approach can be described as warm and welcoming with a focus on solution. I lead with respect and trust while helping patients to understand more about themselves and their current stage of life. I typically combine modalities when it comes to therapy sessions with a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness motivation, solution based therapy, strength based and family systems.
