Molly's career has centered around one core concept, the idea that human beings are inherently resilient, even in the face of seemingly insurmountable challenges. She has worked extensively with survivors of trauma of all ages to help them to learn the tools they need to not only cope with the effects of their trauma but to also construct narratives that support them thriving in their lives. Molly's approach is strength-based, validating, compassionate, and oriented towards change. Her primary theoretical orientation is Cognitive-Behavioral, but as an experienced clinician she had many tools in her bag and will modify her approach to best meet the needs of her clients.

Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Dr. Molly Fechter-Leggett. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Dr. Fechter-Leggett has been a great help to me and a wonderful person to talk to. She’s supportive of what I want to accomplish and helps me sort through my thoughts and understand them better. My sessions have been invaluable and I love being able to send her messages whenever I need too. She responds quickly too. I don’t know if I would’ve been able to turn things around without her help and suggestions.

Molly Fechter-Leggett is (and I don’t use this word much) an angel. She shares scientifically proven methods with me and also leads me to make discoveries of my own. Within a few months my anxiety and health in general had improved tenfold. I could never thank her enough for the role she has played in my life.
