About Me

If you are looking for a therapist who cares and makes the effort, who listens without judgement. If you wish to be seen and heard and valued, I am unique in making others feel very comfortable, safe and willing and ready to work through difficult areas of the self. From start to finish, I am on your side. I believe in the therapeutic relationship. I will meet you as an equal, with genuine and effective listening and feedback. We will set goals and assess and revise them along the way. I believe in the process and want to help you become your best self. It is possible to live your best life.
I use evidence based interventions to create a safe therapeutic environment that is conducive to growth and/or healing. An eclectic blend of Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Client-Centered and Positive Therapy are my treatments of choice. I also use breathing techniques and guided relaxation.
If you've never been to a therapist, I can empathize with the uneasiness. It is scary to entertain our struggles and even scarier to think of telling someone. I assure you I am here to go at your pace, to make you as comfortable as possible and to help you get to that version of yourself that you are desiring. We can do this together.

So far, Molly has been helpful. I’ve really found the message tool easing. Molly reads and empathize with us writing I send or share to her.

I can express my thoughts and there is someone on the other end to at least just read it with care and acknowledge it. - Rather than people just mindlessly listening in real life.

I don’t have to keep things so tightly bottled when I’m feeling down - there is something available. and that makes me feel less suffocated.

I only started with Molly a week ago but I feel confident and more relaxed. She is listening and gives strategies to get better. I can't wait to work longer with her.

I’ve been working with Molly for only a couple weeks and just in the short amount of time I’m already starting to have better coping mechanisms. I truly look forward to seeing Molly every week, can’t wait to continue this journey.
