Monica is a very strong clinician. As a therapist myself, I tend to be picky and rarely receive feedback that I haven't already considered through my own reflection. Monica opened my eyes to a restructured and more helpful way of thinking. After several sessions, I feel so much better and have learned to manage my own personal relationships in a healthier manner. I highly recommend Monica.

Monica approaches professionalism in a way in which makes you feel very comfortable. She remembers and allows the space for you to vent as needed while providing realistic and respectable solutions that have helped me immensely. She is prompt, kind, non-judgmental and down to earth. I would recommend her to anyone, especially those struggling with anxiety or depression as I have been.
